I'm currently a final year student at the Royal Veterinary College who is doing research on how we use antimicrobials in UK on backyard chickens. I am hoping to find out more about what factors are most important to veterinarians

RE: Calling UK vets who see backyard chickens - please fill out my survey!

Yes, agree that we see very few chickens, and more than half are euthanased. I doubt any of us are seeing more than 5% even in exotic practices.

RE: Calling UK vets who see backyard chickens - please fill out my survey!

Done

I have left a few comments at the end about the survey

Might be worth changing the number of times you see a chicken, In everyday practice unless you are a speciallist then question of how many do you see will always be <5% or 1 in 20 cases. Maybe put 1 a week, 1 a month.

Good luck and I hope you get lots of responses
