From what I gather the 'peer reviewed' publication involves the transfer of money (it seems to be fee paying). Not sure I have ever seen a situation where the author pays for papers to be published. A sort of vanity press???

Imanaged the whole lot, just to see! Most ofitis self-promotion as much as promotion of the o product itself! Cats that I have seen...! I am a super-duper very experienced cat-vet, honestly i am!! And at the end £34-95 for one tub with full-refund guaranteed if your cat is not transformed!!How gullible does one have to be to try this product for a very beloved pet? My cat, Wiggo, the Maine Coone is aged 10 years tis year and is a constant reminder of my survival of my injuries backin2012! \we collected him on my day of discharge after 4 months on neurosurgical Ward and he is very definitely linked in my consciousness to my recovery and convalescence! If anything ever happened to him, yes I would be distraught but he does seem to be doing fine o his mix of Whiskas and Virbac' s dry adult cat-food.** So what would be the gain of this snake-oil I wonder?? We live in a isolated place so should be safe from all but freak accidents? Not sure the £35 would be well-spent on him all he same? unless it guaranteed another ten years?

** Other brands are available plus his additional diet of the local mice/rabbits/birds/ and leftover fish without the chips of course!!

You say that Bob but Epsom salts depends upon Magnesium and sulphate both being poorly absorbed and drawing water into the intestinal lumen through osmotic action so there might be some evidence for their claim? in helping avert constipation? HTH?

David Harris has already written a rebuttal to this programme which a lot of vets are counter signing. Sadly I’m reaching a stage where I expect no better off our media when the latest juicy sound bite comes along. I couldn’t actually bring myself to watch it.

I have just completed a study whereby I surveyed long-lived cats*, and get this:

ALL of them were born before 2000.

NONE of the long-lived cats* were born since 2000.

* those aged 23 years or older
