It looked clinically like a cyst, with some infection at first so we tried baytril injections, but it’s now static, not worse, not better. The owner is keen to find out about removal risks

RE: Bearded dragon mass advice

Thank you Mark, that is very helpful.

RE: Bearded dragon mass advice

This is an old beardie.

I have removed several lumps like this in similar positions. Usually undifferentiated sarcomas

analgesia: tramadol 10 mg/kg

Induction alfaxan 10mg/kg iv (tail vein ) plus ventilation after intubation (shown via video on my insta feed mark_rowland_vet)

everting sutures. leave in for 6 weeks.

Fluids (intracoelomic)

Bloods etc if the owner will pay for. them pre op as Sonya rightly suggests

I would only consider removal once the patient is looking a little more stable. Sonya
