 One of my RVNs dogs has been diagnosed with Pemphigus Folliacous as per clinical signs and HP - sent to a derm pathologist. Steroids have been started. Wean down to lowest alternate day dose to keep in remission. Some cases can be taken off treatment completely eventually. Re Oxytet and Niacinamide. Not found it fantastic on its own for pemphigus but could be used alongside steroids. There have been&amp;nbsp;one or two anecdotal reports of Niacinamide on its own helping with some autoimmune diseases....can&amp;#39;t do any harm.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Are you sure there is no remaining neoplasia that could possibly be a trigger?&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div style="clear:both;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
