&lt;p&gt;Looking at the video, it looks like it&amp;#39;s the way your thumbs work, so they move in the direction of a J, as have to move inwards and down around the mandible&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I also see a corkscrew can be used, grand for a tennis ball, not sure with a solid ball&lt;/p&gt;
