There are other surgical options available depending on where the adenoma/adenocarcinoma(s) are and if they have already been histologically assessed. CO2 laser can be considered for some lesions close to the auditory canal entrance and a diode laser would be more suitable for lesions in the horizontal canal. This case would need to be assessed by a dermatologist alongside video otoscopy under GA. Additional investigations such as CT may also be required.
Hope that helps!
