 We used to make this up just in an oil from the human oral ciclosporin liquid, but haven&amp;#39;t done so for years.

&lt;p&gt;100mg/ml oral solution diluted with either olive oil or arachis oil (some react to one and not the other) &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; 0.5ml in 9.5ml oil = 0.5% &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;1ml in 9ml oil = 1%&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div style="clear:both;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
