 nurses dog 
 13 yr old MN border with pupd,drinking 150ml/kg /24 hrs. Not pot bellied .PP 
 Alkp 370.cholesterol 9 ,no stress leucogram. 
 .acth and LDDST suggestive of HAC. sg urine 1.004. May be worth following this up further depending on progress.&lt;/p&gt;

It just got my interest regarding Cushingoid dogs having many more GB issues(and if you don t &amp;nbsp;look .......)&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Do you have any other views? Difficult to be confident on one image whether this is even the gall bladder - I would wonder if it might just be the edge of a rounded liver lobe? If it is the GB it could be full of sludge (which can be incidental) but its slightly unusual.&lt;/p&gt;
