I suspect if the gall bladder was emptier the next day then this its likely not the gall bladder as sludge shouldn't change that quickly. May be worth following this up further depending on progress.

Thanks Andy. I ll post the 2 other not fab images I have. A colleague scanned the next day and said the GB looked emptier. It just got my interest regarding Cushingoid dogs having many more GB issues(and if you don t look .......)

Hi Helena,

Do you have any other views? Difficult to be confident on one image whether this is even the gall bladder - I would wonder if it might just be the edge of a rounded liver lobe? If it is the GB it could be full of sludge (which can be incidental) but its slightly unusual.
