The answer to the question 'why an abdominal approach' was covered in the video. Less infection, something about dragging a scrotum across the floor was mentioned!

I requested this sort of video so very much appreciated!

Yvette Rowntree I was watching you do that ... there's a tick box in the bottom right, which says 'enter to send'. If you keep that checked, it creates a new answer each time you press enter. I know, I get caught out by that every time!
