Servus!

I have some scopes but not many and probably others can advise better.

What I can advise though is to try and have things compatible as much as possible so you don't end up with too many towers. You buy depending on what you need it for.

Storz is very expensive indeed but durable. My oldest camera, which I use for dirty procedures, transcervical inseminations, Pyo flushes, rhinoscopy etc is over 10 years old and still going strong. I have a newer Storz for laparoscopy and I can't say I need 4K. Storz ports are excellent, same for their scope quality. Storz has a good offer on their rigid scopes, 50% discount if you change your old non Storz scope. I can give you a broken one if you need it.

Stay away from Chinese scopes, they are poor quality. But nothing wrong with a chinese lightsource.

I bought a second hand tower off ebay, can't say I miss a new one.

For flexible I have Olympus and Huger but they are are all fairly old and I can't advise much on it. I can however work quite well even with the old ones and I can't say I need something better.
