&lt;p&gt;Do you have cytology on the stuff from the ET tube? If not it might be helpful or, as you say, to have cytology from the lower airways.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;With lungs I always suggest running the radiographs by an imaging specialist since its so easy to miss things - so submission to a tele radiology service might be a good starting point (unless Arlo has any way of inviting the imaging experts to this thread?).&lt;/p&gt;
