This is a 6 year old cockerpoo, FN. she is on cytopoint every 4 weeks and malaseb when her skin gets spotty. She has had lots of work up in the past with various colleagues and currently she is actually comfortable and owner is happy.

I think she could benefit from a better topical regime to help with the scaling. The owner has been prescribed Sebolytic shampoo in the past but not purchased recently. I was thinking of maybe the Vetruus Zincoseb shampoo, then spray for maintenance. There are so many products out there with different combinations of active ingredients, I don't want to waste the clients time and money.

Looking for recommendations really, I'm thinking maybe keratoplastic ingredients (suplphur salicylic acid?) but maybe she could benefit from some emolients - the zincoseb has lanolin in it.

RE: Keratoplastic shampoo recommendations

sebocalm?
