After 2-4 weeks or more (as long as it is shrinking), I would have my surgeons decide what sort of surgery is required; hopefully not amputation!</p> <p><span></span></p> <p><span>Generally I use oral chlorambucil (4mg/m2 EOD), along with an H1 &amp; H2 blocker at standard doses, and low dose anti-inflammatory pred (1/2mg/kg SID). </span></p> <p><span>Hope this helps!</span></p> <p style="margin:0cm;"><span style="color:black;font-size:12.0pt;"></span></p><div style="clear:both;"></div>
