The vaccine as a standalone adjuvant therapy would be a good choice in this case, as with a complete excision we would be more concerned about potential metastasis rather then recurrent local disease. Based on very early evidence from the vaccine studies, is it is possible that it would help to control any local residual disease.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div style="clear:both;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
