I thought I'd reflect on 6 months of reviewing machines - and reveal my top scorers so far - they are the Sonoscape X5V and the Edan Acclarix AX3 . I used a Sonoscape V6 for many years and was ultimately frustrated at the frame rate for doppler in cardiac scanning.
It depends what model you have as well, I find our old version of S9 to be very good for heart scans, manuals are in perfect english and very detailed.

Thank you for the reviews Camilla, maybe if you have time you can do a comparison/recommendation for specific needs. I remember when I was looking for one a years back, most of their specs were beyond my understading and I wished I could find a straight forward recommendation.

RE: Which ultrasound machine ranked highest in my reviews so far?

Love these reviews - thank you for the honesty and genuine application to first opinion practice.
