It was generalised, mild and not progressed since initial presentation.</p> <p>We are approaching as an indolent lymphoma and will monitor LN size, demeanour and periodic abdominal US. Personally, I would start chemotherapy at this stage rather than wait and see if it progresses, as would there not be higher chances of achieving remission now?</p><div style="clear:both;"></div>
