This dog presented for her booster and was found to have enlarged peripheral LN, the rest of her examination was normal and she is very well.
She had an FNA preformed and it was consistent with lymphoma. It was generalised, mild and not progressed since initial presentation.

We are approaching as an indolent lymphoma and will monitor LN size, demeanour and periodic abdominal US. If things change, chemo will be offered early as (after speaking to specialist) due to the low grade, the response is often poor....the best you might achieve is static disease.

If it was generalised it could just be an early stage lymphoma. Personally, I would start chemotherapy at this stage rather than wait and see if it progresses, as would there not be higher chances of achieving remission now?
