I frequently use ceftazadime for tortoises . Is this something I can use in the python ? Or is there an alternative. &lt;p&gt;For Doxy it gives 5-10mg/kg q24h, again orally (and a 50mg/kg initial dose followed by 25mg/kg q72h im for hermann&amp;#39;s tortoise, I&amp;#39;d probably be weary trying that on a different species if there&amp;#39;s alternatives).&lt;/p&gt;
