Unfortunately it wouldn&amp;#39;t have been possible (for me) to resect it - although it felt like a mass, there wasn&amp;#39;t any one distinct &amp;#39;lump&amp;#39; but instead just a large area of abnormal tissue, but extending from the skin on the left hand side all the way underneath the trachea towards the thoracic inlet.&amp;nbsp; Removing it would have risked me damaging a lot of vital structures - I&amp;#39;m not a talented enough surgeon!&lt;/p&gt;

Send tissue for histo and culture because if there&amp;rsquo;s no FB it could be actinomycosis&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div style="clear:both;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
