 I&amp;#39;ve recently been party to a discussion about IE in dogs wih pre-existing MVD. Stabilised cardiac signs with meds and treated pyo medically with antibiotics and pg. Neither responded terribly well and eventually got consent for ovariohysterectomy. Since recovery dog has &amp;#39;never been better&amp;#39;, chf signs gone and now stable with small murmur, no longer medicated (owner finances). We only presume IE was contributing to the crisis that presented, no echo or cultures performed&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div style="clear:both;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
