&lt;p&gt;0.2-0.4mg/kg ivermectin injections every 2 weeks for 3 doses often works well. You also have the added bonus of monitoring improvements/ issues with seeing the patient back. It would be worth noting that there is often an underlying immunosuppression that has lead to the parasite problem that should be investigated.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;EDIT - found it (I was looking under subsection small animal whereas is a separate section before click small animal - quite reasonably, I jsut didn&amp;#39;t look there for it).&lt;/p&gt;
