&lt;p&gt;we stopped using Midazolam as we couldn&amp;rsquo;t get it for a while and the above regime works really well, we only use Buprenorphine 0.03mg/kg for females under 2.5kg all others we use 0.02mg/kg and they all get nsaids too.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div style="clear:both;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
