&lt;p&gt;Im assuming you don&amp;#39;t have bloods or radiographs to check the pathology.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;My worry is that the crow may have gout so kidney function is worth checking.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;For an old bird, if bloods have shown good renal function &amp;nbsp;and arthritis qualified on X-ray and you have ruled out septic arthritis (are there swollen joints?)then I would go in at 0.3mg/kg bid&lt;/p&gt;
