You will also need to appoint an RPS within the practice To be in change of day to day radiation protection. Who needs to undertake training. There are a number of courses both human and veterinary specific ones. You&amp;#39;ll need to double check the specification, thicknesses, costs and pros and cons of each.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Top tip: supervise all of the building work. Your average builder doesn&amp;#39;t know about radiation safety and might do something seemingly innoccuous. &lt;p&gt;Yes - you must legally have an RPA and he/she is the person to advise you on all aspects of radiation safety etc.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;You have to pay to have a Radiation Protection Adviser, so you might as well get value from his fee and get him to come and look and give detailed and specific advice.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div style="clear:both;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
