had a nurse do BVNA/BDVA one last year. i wasn't involved and can tell you nothing about what the course involved. But I can tell you that she became both knowledgable and, perhaps more importantly, madly enthused (from a state of total indifference) about assisting dogs and cats have healthier mouths.

I don't think I could have achieved that if I'd tried myself, so a thumbs up from me.

Gerhard Putter is the BVDA officer i/c the Oral Care Nurse scheme.

The BVDA were running an online dental qualification for nurses last year which was very good. Former Member or Paul Cooper may have more information.
