&lt;p&gt;It&amp;#39;s possibly a dermoid&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I&amp;#39;ve seen 3 in young French Bulldog puppies. They varied from small to a cm in width with hair and a lateral canthus defect&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Another condition to add to the list in the breed I feel&lt;/p&gt;
