&lt;p&gt;Years ago, I had major issues with BT. After around 17 useless phonecalls to their &amp;quot;help&amp;quot;line, I wrote to the MD. I did get a call in response, albeit 2 weeks later, and the problem was easily fixed.&lt;/p&gt;

Nothing more than a hassle-factor, but a slight worry given that it&amp;#39;s less than a year old and I&amp;#39;ve already had to have one battery handset replaced...&lt;/p&gt;
