In a webinar they mentioned 600mg UID then seemed to amend it to 60mg UID orally. Thinking likely 600mg as this seems to be how it comes...&lt;/p&gt;

Can mix with something like otodine for cleaning at home also I believe. I believe it is fine in middle ear flushes, but dont quote me on that and double check elsewhere before using as i have no personal experience!&lt;/p&gt;
