Hang on - I presumed you were talking about backyard poultry, not commercial, is that right?

Jane it appears the OP is in Iraq so maybe won't want to treck to Exmouth ;)

The Chicken Vet course is good, includes practical hands-on pme session, which is worthwhile. Suitable for the Backyard hens, and they also have one for ducks and other waterfowl.
