I think one private referral centre did one but used outside expertise.</p> <p>We almost did one - and then the owner pulled out at the last moment leaving us to pay for the external surgeon&#39;s flights (not something you want to do for the first time without someone with experience)</p> <p>Would be interested to hear from others if they know of anywhere else (apart from Utrecht of course)</p> <p>Thanks</p> <p></p> <p>Ian</p><div style="clear:both;"></div>
