I&amp;#39;m guessing if it&amp;#39;s a thyroid carcinoma it would be a pre-scapular? If so, this should be able to be done in house without needing referral.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Rather than removing the lymph node, could you check with a fine needle aspirate to see if there are tumour cells present or just an inflammatory reaction?&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div style="clear:both;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
