&lt;p&gt;so nothing we didn&amp;#39;t know already unfortunately&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;clostridial toxicity? initial presentation was v+ but of course may already have had damage taking place and some grass was present in necrotic area of gut&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;once on clav/amox with metron haven&amp;#39;t looked back.
