 Most horrific dental I&amp;#39;ve ever done (and I&amp;#39;ve done a few). The maxillary bone just crumbed and disintegrated! Great chunks of bone come out with every putrid, stinking tooth! There is obvious lots of odd-looking tooth resorption, but there is also massive bone loss around 202/203 with what looks on the radiograph like soft tissue swelling, and there is a fracture to the incisive bone lateral to the left palatine fissure. What did it look like grossly? &lt;p&gt;Looking at the resorptions on those roots, it could just be horrid advanced chronic infection.&amp;nbsp; But you need to know, surely.&lt;/p&gt;
