If it is one of the oily longer acting ones then you might get a lump at the injection site.</p> <p>As this can happen anyway with almost any injection I would not be overly concerned. I routinely use penicillin family drugs subcut.</p> <p>I assume this is a combination of benzathine and procaine penicillin!&nbsp;</p><div style="clear:both;"></div>
