Totally normal, went on walk, started to weave and by the time I saw him, had been circling frantically to left for two hours.
No type of nystagmus which I can illicit and no head tilt. This morning...much improved but "not right" seems agitated, pacing and a bit spaced out...I'm thinking toxicity so will see if continues to improve.

I suppose a toxin has to be on the differentials...mushrooms? Metaldehyde? Any chance of a head trauma? (Check for bruises). I have seen one case of sudden onset hepatic encephalopathy where a congenital shunt suddenly 'opened up' when it was older. Otherwise a brain scan...?
