She is definitely hind limb paretic, to the point of but not quite, paralysis.&nbsp;</p><div style="clear:both;"></div>https://www.vetsurgeon.org/thread/203730?ContentTypeID=1Sun, 14 Oct 2018 16:31:59 GMT146601cc-3922-4be7-9974-7e1d4e45a66b:8a66fc73-b95b-4981-b894-95fdc377004aLiz Barton<p>Possibly neoplasia in the Ce5-T1 spinal region - pressure on forelimb nerve roots causing the lameness, and also reducing the HL proprioception (although be careful with this as sometimes dogs with general malaise can have reduced knuckling, or could be a second issue with LS arthritis /CDRM etc). &nbsp;The pleural fluid also makes me think neoplasia and if located around the thoracic inlet region would be hard to pick up on plain X-rays, and could conceivably cause pleural fluid.</p> <p>Any weight loss?
