&lt;p&gt;i&amp;#39;m no specialist but a true first opinion vet who loves to try to help out owners in need when surgery is needed but funds limited. I would have thought the contralateral epigastric a better option if it can be done without kinking, presuming the wound bed is healthy. Maybe worthwhile contacting the folks at the Veterinary Wound Library (have to pay for advice)?&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div style="clear:both;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
