Neck looks ventroflexed to me, so I'd agree maybe more likely peripheral neuro or muscular (or neuromuscular) than CNS.

Glycogen/lysosomal storage disease , if not mentioned already, would be a differential that would come to mind? - I think there's a DNA test for the hereditary one in whichever purebred cat breed gets it, but this doesn't look like a purebred cat, so doubt any easy way to test for this differential anyway...

We.dont have that "tradition" here in my country of asking for specialists help unfortunatelly. We dont have that methodology i wish i could send it for a specialist however. Im guessing miastenia gravis from a thymoma. Prognosis guarded of course

cool case!! it looks like a generalised, symmetrical muscle weakness; behaviour actually looks appropriate (ie kitten overjoyed by food!!)

I agree it's not a typical intention tremor, and I think CNS disease is less likely. The slouched spine, weird hindlimb and forelimb posture... for me, the generalised poor muscle tone is more indicating peripheral neuropathy, myopathy or both.

Ultimately I’d guess the prognosis would be pretty guarded. I’d be maybe thinking congenital metabolic abnormality, congenital neuropathy, muscular dystrophy, congenital myaesthena gravis, or something like that? Maybe better to start with nerve and muscle biopsies to diagnose? Unfortunately unlikely to be treatable. Maybe send the video to your nearest neuro specialist? Bet they'd diagnose it in a flash..!

Without more history it is tricky!

If from birth and non-progressive then as long as the kitten is happy then an expensive diagnosis may not be required. It looks happy enough on the video.

The weird and wonderful such as thiamine deficiency (Pets at Home own brand food) is just possible. Shunt etc etc.

Too many possibilities without more information.

I would be tempted to just take it at face value and provide a safe home! We had a hypermetric cat that lived a happy life until a neighbours dog caught up with it. He was fairly elderly by then.
