I'd think some good old-fashioned 2.5% benzoyl peroxide would be my preference.

The Dermapet one looks nice, but I note you can have a gallon(!) of Davis plain one for £65.

https://www.ebay.co.uk/sch/i.html?_odkw=paxcutol&_osacat=0&_from=R40&_trksid=p2045573.m570.l1313.TR11.TRC1.A0.H0.Xbenzoyl+peroxide+shampoo.TRS0&_nkw=benzoyl+peroxide+shampoo&_sacat=0

Any legal issues importing this? I assume that these products don't meet EU rules (Acnecide being about the only readily available benzoyl peroxide left, with others all disappearing in short space of time with "ingredient" shortage due to regulatory requirements), hence not marketed here unless on ebay etc, but presumably the responsibility to meet such regulations lies with the seller rather than the buyer? Anyone any real knowledge on this?

Yes there is a good chance that this is normal Chinese Crested skin, just an extreme version.

However it also chews its feet and has reddened ears and I have taken in one of the erupting lesions for good measure.

I dealt with a breeder for many years who bred beautiful versions, though none ever looked like this one.

My justification to the client was that there are at least 3 separate skin conditions going on, Crested skin, atopy and volcanic eruptions, the question remains 'how do we manage this?'

My other favourite anecdote is 'If I knew the answer, I wouldn't need to do the test'
