I&#39;ve never used gabapentin. Really at this level (i.e. after truly eliminating identifiable sources of pain) it&#39;s a matter of trying things one by one and if your treatment begins to fail go on to the next. &nbsp;The behavioural aspects of management are probably pretty important too.</p> <p>I&#39;m not criticising, but are you absolutely sure there is no identifiable source of pain in the mouth?
