&lt;p&gt;Specifically Temperatures (especially at night)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;UV provision (type of bulb, when last changed etc.)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;You need to know all these things are correct before spending any more money. Its a big bill by the looks of it for a beardie that may be trying to brumate&lt;/p&gt;

May be worth a BAL or endoscopy with a 3mm bronchoscope if you have one ?Thinking of other causes of obstruction impaction. Barium transit time could be helpful ,FNA of the gastric opacity if persistent.
