I would say very much the simplest thing is to register for a google/youtube account (free of charge and not difficult). Then, if the video is on a phone, there should be a really easy option to upload it to your youtube account direct from the phone. And if not on the phone, just locate the file on your computer and upload from there.

Hi Janine (janine redman) - best to upload to youtube (with owner's permission, if animal identifiable), but make it unlisted. Then copy the youtube url of the video, return here, create new post, click the filmstrip icon and enter the youtube video url ... and ... tra la.
