Is supoosed to inactivate/clog allevyn type dressings so tend to use with melolin until wound is clean and then follow with wound care of choice once granulating&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div style="clear:both;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
