This is assuming we're talking about angiostrongylus.

we had a puppy farm near Lincoln that sourced its pups from Ireland and almost all came with KC and lungworm - so new coughing pups had standard rx panacur 7 days as per Wynne's recommendation with covering abs. Didn't find the spot on prinovox/ advocate very effective

No evidence of characteristic angiostrongylus lesions in the lungfield, the pup has been treated with fenbendazole and milbemycin and the epidemiology doesn't fit. I had questioned this and was one reason I wanted and X-ray.

Not sure re the rads but have you checked for lungworm?
