"There was unfortunately a technical fault in the message delivery tool which we were using at the time to email OV Briefing Notes. The system was failing to recognise that the original email had been delivered, thus causing it to send the email multiple times.
At the time of this technical problem, work was already in progress to look at using an alternative system for sending messages...
...and we are now using this to email OV Briefing Notes.
I apologise again for the inconvenience the issue has caused you, and thank you for contacting us."

Well I've had a reply from APHA and they have a copy of all 6 emails so are looking into it

i wonder if it relates to all the OV panels held?

Hopefully means they will pretty much stop once I have failed to re validate all the panels I hold!
