She came back in 5days later foren-USTelligent Community 10https://www.vetsurgeon.org/thread/196111?ContentTypeID=1Sat, 21 Apr 2018 22:18:05 GMT146601cc-3922-4be7-9974-7e1d4e45a66b:46cb2265-abea-4224-9326-b89866c8c377Liz Barton<p>Hi Avril, I would say these look like mixed inflammatory cells with and a few epithelial cells (top and bottom pictures). &nbsp;There does seem to be a few red cells too, even through dipstick was clear. &nbsp;I do sometimes wonder if aged &#39;ghost&#39; red cells don&#39;t show on a dipstick. &nbsp;There are a few irregularities in the cells, but I suspect this is reactivity while UTI is healing. &nbsp;Personally, I would repeat a sediment exam after the full course of antibiotics to allow the bladder time to heal and clear. &nbsp;If any abnormalities are still present, then scan the bladder.</p><div style="clear:both;"></div>
