Seen Cats with dysautonomia , not recently ,used to call it key Gaskell syndrome , the odd dog is recorded. More likely pyloric dysfunction/obstruction . Maybe worth a pyloric biopsy/myotomy while performing a Y-V PLASTY to encourage emptying. Barium study maybe useful to outline a motility problem.
