I would be concerned that this is euthyroid sick syndrome due to another illness rather than a genuine hypothyroidism, and while thyroid supplementation may make her feel a bit better it's not going to help you get to the bottom of what's going on, and I'm afraid I don't have much to add as to the underlying problem.

We dont think this clinical state is only due to thyroide inbalance- sudden paraparesis, generalized weakness, cough....and today she had equimosis all over the abdomen...

we are thinking this might be some cardiac mets due to hemangio or so...

any thoughts??

HR increased, but after aminophylline, then 64bpm , FP strong, CRT 1 sec

PCV N., mild leucocytosis. RBC N

heart rate, femoral pulse strength, m/membrane and capillary refill time?

PCV and WBCC, RBC morphology?
