&lt;p&gt;NVS sell them in twins. To be honest I see more of the twins than singles, so didn&amp;#39;t think it was an issue&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;In regards the packaging being similar, the only difference seems to be a 2 in the top left and it does make life tricky&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Just looked on the NVS site and all pill sizes are available in 2 packs but they don&amp;#39;t have the 4&amp;#39;s.
