Click on any disease, then click the tab 'TestFlow':

It appears to describe a process resembling that of a PCR - automated and done in 12 minutes.

There's no evidence to support any claims.

It stinks!

I call to delete the thread, or at least remove the backlink.

P. Aeruginosa will fluoresce under a standard black light (or at least, some strains will).

Not to mention the weird language, poor grammar and poor spelling. Which one normally associates with Scam as much as Spam.

Probably unauthorised and inappropriate use of logos suggest to me this is more spam-like than useful.

Suggests endorsement by BSAVA, BVA, RCV and WSAVA that isn't!

Normally I get a bit sniffy about forum posts which appear to be purely designed to advertise some product or other (ie, fine if it's in the context of a question or discussion point, but less good if it's just an advert by another name).

One thing I noticed, though, is the complete absence of anything on your website to suggest a physical presence.

'Contact Us' page just had an anonymous form (which personally I don't like because I want a record of the message I have sent and when, so prefer to send by email).

But more than that, there's no physical address and no telephone number. The 'About Us' is very thin. There's just not much there to inspire trust / confidence (not helped by the typo: 'providing simple, clinically useful diagnostic tools to veterinaries').

My suggestion, and this is meant constructively, is that you display a physical address and give more info about the company in the 'About Us' section. Where based. A little history. That sort of thing.
