It was decided to use this regime as temperament not good for iv drugs. He was given 20mg per kg chlorambucil to repeat in 14 days as per this regime.

&lt;p&gt;Neurotoxicity is reported in cats with chlorambucil, also in people, but I have not heard of it manifesting as seizures. I haven&amp;#39;t seen chlorambucil-associated neurotoxicity. Of course, the underlying disease is also capable of inducing neurological signs.&lt;/p&gt;
